Any bounces email received in response to a mass email or campaign is automatically categorized as Soft & Hard Bounces on the campaign reports.
Any email response to a mass email or campaign, including Auto-Replies, Out of office etc… is not logged on the report’s count to avoid actual response confusion.

Reply Management
An email received in response to a mass email or campaign, further follow-ups are automatically stopped and until you get a deal or you can add follow up for the reply’s too.
Any email response to a mass email or campaign, including Auto-Replies, Out of office, etc… is automatically updated for continued further follow-ups, preventing Inbox confusion.
Any email response to a mass email or campaign on report, , if necessary the user can delete the email from reports and continue the further follow-ups.

B-List Management
A user can view the entire list of Replies, Bounces, Unsubscribes, in once page
A user is allowed to add or delete email id from the table to allow or stop the further follow-ups of the emails
A user is allowed to add or delete a single email id or a domain from the table to blacklist or whitelist the Id’s to allow or stop the further follow-ups of the emails
Email Personalization
Add excel to your template and Insert unlimited Merge Fields from your sheet’s columns on your email campaigns to send highly personalized emails at scale.

New-messages or Replies

Sending a Campaigns or mass mails "as a reply" results in higher engagement because it becomes part of an existing conversation rather than a new one.
Each Subject line of the follow-ups can also be modified for each emails sent like New-messages or Replies until a response.
Snippets
Create unlimited snippets for responding to email quickly to avoid the same repeated email composing for each reply.
